hey every1 im sieb. im from the UK, 16 years old, 6ft6 around 200lbs and my aim is to get up to 220lbs by the end of the year. I just started taking creatineso hopefully that will help me on my quest for success.
What dose every1 think of creatine and has any1 had any success with it?
