Post Cycle help?

Hey, new guy here. Wanted to get some suggestions on my post cycle. I have Nolvadex, HCG and clenbuterol. I have done some cycles in the past, but nothing for post cycle. I am 5'9" about 200 lbs. at about 12% body fat. I just finished 10 weeks of Anavar, Equipoise and Sust. 250 last week. I want to do whatever I can to keep as much of my gains as possible. Could you guys give me run down of doses and time frame? thanks. I am heading to Vegas in October and want to look shredded....
