but not all the food was good here's an example of how i gained the weight
4 pop tarts
2 cups of ramen noodles
4 eggs
3 betastatin meal replacement shakes
1 mass tech shake
1 can of spagettios
2 cans of tuna(4 sandwiches on wheat bread)
1 mini microwave oven pizza
4 slices wheat bread folded in half with peanut butter
1 gallon of water throughout the day
everyday i would eat this plus whatever id eat at family/friends
towards the end i started to eat i packet of lipton rice sides a day along with the above mentioned
on my cutting diet i did cardio everyday and weight trained on 3 of the days(by the way i weight trained 3-4 days on the bulking diet)
on cardio only days
3 macrobolic shakes
3 pieces of chicken
3 eggs
which is 1,830 cals 216g protein 120g carbs and 48g fat
on weightlifting days
3 macrobloic shakes
3 pieces of chicken
3 eggs
3 yogurts
which is 2,340 cals 231g protein 219g carbs and 52.5g fat
i did not just jump to this diet from the 215 weight...when i was at 215 i quit lifting for about 3 months and my weight dropped down to about 195 (i think that's actually when i lost muscle and strength)
my new mass diet will be a bit more clean here it is...let me know what you think

2 tuna sandwiches with 4 slices of wheat bread and 1 can of tuna
which is 4,135 cals 289.50g protein 441g carbs 136.50g fat
what if any type of steroids would be good?(not injectable though)
