I can go to my local shop tommorow and it will be cheap.
Should i have two tablets of 1000mg flaxseed oil everyday for healthy fats?

erm the 60 tablets are way cheaper than 120 ones, how weird!
it cant harm you to have more than one capsule!

I know it can't harm me...
Was just thinking if you could put too much fat in to your body
two should be fine though.

Personally I would Switch to Fish oil for Healthy Fats.
