I hurt my shoulder doing flat barbell bench presses the other day. I don't think it's a tear but the top of my shoulder is sore in between my trapezius and the point of bone on the top of my shoulder. I think I'll ease off the bench for a while and do some light db work and military presses until it feels solid again.
Anyone else experienced this type of pain before? I was so psyched about setting a new best bench press weight and then this shit happened. I'm 6', 165lbs and I put up 220 on my 5th set for two reps. |
