the reason for doing cardio is that im pretty much lying down all day as im waiting for uni to start and still got a bit more fat to go and i feel good after cardio sessions! |

Then, I would still not bother jogging for 60 minutes at a time. Stick to 30 minutes of traditional cardio, or 20 minutes of HIIT cardio. Like I said before, you are doing HIIT wrong if you can last for 30 minutes. The idea is to go faster and keep the amount of time you perform the exercise static. |
