I have just bought a tub of Tri-Marix V2, has anyone seen any reviews regarding this stuff or has anyone used it, is it any good? Do you have any tips when using it? Etc???
I have also just bought a meal replacement shake, I was looking for something to give me a slow releasing protein instead of using whey protein during the day but I have made a comparison and the ingredients are almost identical to my whey protein shakes, is there supposed to be any difference between whey shakes and meal replacement shakes the only difference I can see is that the meal replacements come in sachets and there more expensive!
