i heard it keeps your body cool or it means your burning fat or something

It keeps your body cool, it doesn't mean you are loosing fat.

And if you can't sweat to keep cool then you put your tongue out to pant drool everywhere like a dog, or roll in the mud like a pig.

It's your body's mechanism for helping to regulate temperature. Hot = sweat.
cold = shivering.

excitement = cum

Evaporation is a cooling process, basically. Sweat goes on your skin, and soaks up all of the warmest molecules on your body. It then evaporates, taking with it the warmest molecules on your body, which, in turn, lowers your overall body temperature by leaving behind the cooler molecules.
