when i am at home now.. every once in awhile anytime i move the right arm, it clicks... anything worry about it?? and how can i stop it?? it doesn't hurt but i just feel it click

If it is not causing you pain or reducing your range of motion, than do not worry. My left shoulder has been clicking for 10 years now!

I've got a knee that does the same thing till its warmed up, like Gopro said if it doesn't hurt and the ROM is fine then don't worry.

what if it does hurt, what would you suggest??

Posted by: gopro

See an orthopedist to determine the cause. Pain means damage....not good.

Might do some light rotator cuff work as well.

My knees "click" everytime that I bend over, or kneel down... it doesn't hurt, there are the times on rainy days that my fingers hurt, and a little in my knees... but nothing to get worried about...
(just sharing with ya guyz)

Never thought about the weather thing. A lot of people with arthritis will have problems because of that.

I think it is just air in there!

I get some clicking on a Knee that I injuried in Football many moons ago. After a good warm up the clicking goes away.

Hawkens.

You might try this. I had a slight tear a few years ago and this causes my shoulder to "click" if I don't do this exercise. It was recommended to me by a Sports Medicine MD in KC.

As you do your front shoulder raise, bring your arm across your body to that your dumbell is in front of the opposite shoulder, as your reach the highest position, turn your wrist so your pinky is pointed to the ceiling.

I know this sounds crazy but it works for me. And if it wasn't for this exercise I couldn't do any shoulder work because of the pain.
