what supp's should i use to get ready for my upcoming show. I plan on taking creatine, glutamine, vit & mins, flaxeed oil, and whey protien. Any other things i should take or have in mind?

i took that too i just forgot to post it. but 2 months ago they made Ephedrin illegal here in Canada. but i still have some left. any others?

You have the important basics down pat. You may want to add an ephedra free fat burner like MM4 from Syntrax. HMB is also good when contest dieting, as is phophatidylserine for cortisol blocking. A protein powder that contains casein is also more anti catabolic than whey and will stave off hunger better. Whey is # 1 after training though.
Other than these things, which are optional, you have the important stuff covered.
