amateur contest drug testing?????

I'm a new guy on the board and have a question about amateur comps......

I've been training for about five years and about a year and a half ago tried a pro hormone to try to gain some size, which did nothing but make me feel sick after 3 days so i got rid of it and have'nt touched anything but protein since. I want to enter a show in 2006 some of the natural BB show web sites say they test with polygraph or urine test. which do they use the most? I know i would pass a urine test because it was so long ago and only for a few days but a polygraph test, thats a lie detector test right? I have used hormones when they were legal and not much came out of it because I only lasted about a week on them...........


AM I SCREWED FOR NATURAL SHOWS???????????

Nope. They usually do a polygraph test.

They were not legal for all feds. I dont think you have a reason to feel guilty though, so if you feel the same way you should pass fine. If you are nervous, then you may fail.

The natural shows I did only used polygraph testing, and they asked if you used steroids in the last 2 years, they never asked if you had ever used them before that time. Plus you only used a pro hormone and that really isn't illegal....esp since you did it once for 3 days.

it will be out of the system and undetecable by now anyway.

Take a blood test at your doctors before the contest to make sure your in the clear.
