ON 100 % whey and muscle milk. Just got a 5 lb. jug of Dymatize Mega Milk to try. Its a lot cheaper than muscle milk and contains the EXACT same ingredients.

ON's hands down. find me a cheaper, better tasting protien with all the BCAA's, Glutamine and gram per gram most protien out there and ill buy it.

p.s, i get mine for roughly 27bucks on the 1week sales at GNC.

you get that crap too lam? i always get vanilla, i hate anything chocoloate, plus i always blender it up with fruits and stuff. i figure if its good enough, no need to go buy the latest greatest high tech microluetenized creatized homogenized and pastuerized protein.

but yea you are right on a high protein diet the quality of the protein sources becomes less significant. although with todays new manufacturing techniques I would guess that there are not many true low quality protein supplements available anymore.

i've got a few wheys i like and switch between for post workout.

i also use them once during the day as a "meal". i'd probably be better off with a blend when i use it outside of my postworkout shake. any suggestions? or is it not such a big deal to use a different product for non post-workout?
