First of all (I'm no expert - so I'll let the experts help you out) your diet does need work.

Second, you're gonna need to post your weight, height, age, current bodyfat, etc. for the experts to help you out.

seems good for post workout, but i wouldnt have it any other time of day. Your breakfast has no protein.

I think I might get some whey protein.

Lacking a good source of protein. Definitely get some protein in this meal. Eggs are always a good choice, as they contain healthy fats too. Although I can see skipping on the fat for breakfast, I would certainly get some EFAs in this meal if it were me.

Again lacking protein. No healthy fats. Too much processed food. I would also add in some vegetables.

That's not much of a snack. Get some carbs and/or EFAs in there. Now would be a good time for some veggies too.

I like the first choice a lot. The chicken choices are halfway decent as well. The last choice needs some vegetables, and make sure you use olive oil for the meat suace.

Protein man, protein. EFAs too if you can.

Basically, your diet lacks protein, healthy fats, and vegetables. You also aren't counting calories I assume. Big mistake. Knowing your maintenance calories is very important to putting together an effective diet.

Read the sticky, every word, all the followup posts, and probably some of the links within the thread too:
