Im guessing start with the weaker one? and work up to the heavier stuff?

Injectables dont, orals DO*. Some livers are very powerfull, but anything you put in your mouth eventually goes through your cleansing system bro. Orals are methylated to protect them from the liver, that causes strain as the liver tries hard to break down these foreign substances.

Just like any other pill you put in you, like Tylenol, which is the number two cause of liver chirrhosis in the US.
