2nd Cycle????

Ive just finished my first cycle which was 10 wks of test-e with wks 1-4 30mg d-bol 2 weeks ago

I made some really good strenth gains and 10lbs in weight.

However i am itching to get straight on another cycle my aim is to put on another 10lbs but not sure what cycle i should do and how long i should wait before juming into another cycle.

Your advice would be appreciated

All you gained was 10lbs from this cycle????? If so then you didnt eat right or some of your stuff was fake.

yeah, he probably didn't eat and sleep to grow.

Joe1982, are you going to even do PCT??? relax. do your post cycle therapy and get your system back to normal before you go back "on".

10lbs a week ain't that bad guys! not everyone responds to the juice as well as some of us (heh, 19lbs in 5 weeks of dbol here ), if that is 10lbs of keepable muscle then i'd say he gained pretty well!

why? ronnie coleman weighed in at what 5-6lbs heavier this year than last year, and he was juicing for 12 months, are you saying he did something wrong too..? there are too many variables to say that "oh he only gained 10lbs, he must have done something wrong!"

To compare a walking pharmacy to a first time steroid user is just silly. Bottom line most people ( and all that I know) who use test and D-bol for their first cycle blow up 20-30lbs in ten weeks. The first cycle is the cycle you will make your biggest gains on.

He put on 1 lb. a week, not 10.

1) And that's a fact. Hell you should of put on at lease 20lbs the first cycle with D-Bol in it. Either the D-bol was fake or you forgot to eat. Pick One~!

2) Here we go with them 2nd cycles. As I said that is one of the worst things about using Steroids. As soon as you get off your looking for that next cycle. Why don't you take off the next 10 weeks using PCT like you should and eat correctly, train correctly and try to keep those gains of yours. You guys who do your first cycle need to learn to be patient. Steroids is not always the answere. I mean just look at what you did. If you would have put the proper time into your diet and training, you would have gained the 10 lbs without the gear. What the fucks wrong with some of you.
500 calories over maintence equals 10lbs of gains in 10 weeks. See what I mean. Proper diet

not to sound like a dumbass how do you run a pct I know a lot off juicers in my area and non of them know what im talking about so Im not going to jump on my cycle until i get some shit straightend out I think someone told me somethin like vitex and nolva?
