When I was 260 at 10% body fat I would take only 6 weeks off between cycles ( basically 8 weeks on and 6 off then repeat), never dropped below 250. I don't think most pros take even that tiny amount of time off........and on a side note taking only 6 weeks off and cycling all the time for 4 years fucked me up for about a year or more when I finally came off for good.
