Workout help plz :)

hey anyone got any advice on a weekly routine i could do to lower my BF% and tone up my chest and most importanly my stomach,( would like to see my abs under that bit of chub i got there.) Im 16 y/o and havnt really done any serious weight training just the bit of cardio from bball and hockey.

if that's all you want you don't really need a routine.

Just go and workout on some freeweights; patience and consistency your goals will happen reasonably fast.

Bah, maybe eventually you will catch the iron bug and then you would need a proper routine.

The formula is simple: exercise and eat right. Weight training should be the focus of your training. 2-3 days per week should be sufficient to see results. Another 2-3 days of cardio would also accelerate fat loss, and therefore help you tone up. Refer to the previously listed link on a full body routine.

Really, you could get away with no increase in physical activity if you cleaned up your diet, although I highly recommend resistance training. Check out this thread and the couple of follow up posts on designing a diet conducive to healthy fat loss:
