Ephedrine

has anyone taken Ephedrine,is this a steroid or what, if so what kind on gains,or loss,is this something you can take while on a cycle or by its self,how does it work for women,

I dont really think that it is a steroid like you are thinking. If I am correct it is a cortisteroid, which can actually have an adverse affect on your muscle, I think it is just synthetic adrenal. I could be wrong though.

Ephedrine is NOT ANY KIND OF STEROID! It is a beta adrenergic agonist, a bronchdilator, which will help open up the breathing tubes in the lungs.

Its main use in bodybuilding is as a pre-workout stimulant and as a fat burning aid. 25-50 mg of ephedrine taken 30-60 minutes before your workout will give you more energy, better focus, and better muscle contractions. This effect will wear off if it is used too frequently.

For fat burning ephedrine should be combined with caffiene in a 1:10 ratio...25 mg ephedrine to 250 mg caffiene. This would be taken 2-3 times per day.

It can be used while on a cycle or alone, and it can be effectively used by women too. Just be careful, it can have side effects in sensitive individuals.
