Gear And Beating Your Log Book

Ok let test everyone here as I'm searching for answeres. To get stronger we know we must continually beat our previous lift, whether it be with more reps or weight. Lets say you decide to do a long ass cycle. In it your going to use Test and lets say Tren. Now you going to beat you previous lift just because of the gear. Now a few months go by and you change your cycle to Test and Anadrol. Now your strength really goes up. Then a month later you drop the anadrol for various reasons and add Eq as its replacement. You know your lift are going to go down.

Here's my question. Do you think it would be wise to drop you lifts down to the level where you were before the drol and then try to beat you previous lift, or do you continue to try to beat the lift you were doing when on the drol even though the weight you were doing is going down.

Hope you understand the above.

regardless of what you are on you should always either try to lift more weight or perform more reps than the previous training session

I think when you are changing things like the gear you use its going to effect the strength levels. I think you should just lift what feels good to you. When you switch drugs like that you have to expect a loss or gain in what you can lift. I would just go with the flow. If you try to keep lifting more than what feels right you may get hurt.

"T" I agree with you but when you come off of drol, the strength is going to drop. I don't think there is anyway around it.

you have a point, it's one of the main reasons why I don't use anadrol. even still when you do come off of it it's a perfect time to utilize rest-pause sets and some creatine.

Well there's another problem as I'm using the Dogg Crapp training right now which utilizes the rest / pause for almost all working sets.
C'mon Mudge jump in here. Your using Drol

Yeah you can't beat life when the drol goes away, thats the kind of shit that comes and goes not through just hard labor but from the drug itself. My lifts sometimes shoot up 30 pounds in a week mysteriously on drol. I remember shrugging 600 for reps and it felt like my shoes were going to just split from the pressure, with my rows I was using up to 385 for my work sets and everything I pulled off the rack or picked up just felt light.

So yeah, drol is magic and when its gone, so is the magic. If they could make something like that which didn't hit the liver I'd be all over it, tren isn't quite the same though unfortunately for me.

I forget sometimes what Dante means by rest/pause since its not exactly what most people call it. I just call it a short rest, and thats what I was doing recently (haven't been in the gym for a week).

So for strength yes I'd agree drol comes and goes quickly, I seemed to maintain a lot of my leg strength from when I was using it early in the year but the upper body stuff hell no. If I gain 40 on my bench, it will drop 20 in 2-3 weeks and the next 20 over maybe 2 months depending on what I'm running afterwards if anything. It never seems to drop below 380/385, but I can't hold onto upper body drol gains in terms of strength. From one week to the next you dont know what you are going to lift until you've been on it for a couple weeks, because you walk in there doing more than you expected

I'm going to go masturbate now, thinking of anadrol.

You are a very funny person. Well today I'm starting with D-bol and Test. Can't wait as Drol comes in about 6 weeks. I already have it but just don't want to fall in love with it yet.

Depending on your routine, I would generally say that you should continue lifting the same weight you were using while on the drol, even if it means less reps. If you are already in the low rep range, that might not work, though.

Going from high reps to low reps completely changes your training style. I wouldn't be benching 12 reps on drol only so that I could do 6 off of it.
