workouts under 45 minutes?

How do you keep workout under 45 minutes? My workouts last between 1 hour and 15 minutes to 1 hour 45 minuts. And I'm doing a 4 day split. I know if your trying to bulk and put on lean muscle mass, which I am, your supposesed to keep your wokouts short like 45 minuts max. Any advice would be appreciated. If it helps at all, here is my routine:
sun - 5 sets smith machine incline benchpress
5 sets flat reg. bench press
4 sets seated overhead extensions
4 sets close grip press or cable pulldowns
3 sets wrist curls
3 sets reverse wrist curls
MON- 5 sets deadlifts
5 sets dumbell bentover rows
3 sets wide grip chins
4 sets barbell curls
3 sets incline db curls or hammer curls
4 sets standing calf raises
4 sets seated calf raises
wed- 5 sets seated shoulder presses
4 sets seated military press
4 sets standing lateral raises
4 sets standing barbell rows
3 sets db shrugs
3 sets wrist curls
3 sets reverse wrist curls
thurs (my shortest day 1 hour)- 5 sets squats
4 sets leg press
3 sets leg curls
4 sets standing calf raises
4 sets seated calf raises
I've been doing a light set then, 10,8,8,6 for most lifts.
also am i working out my forearms too much?

Well first your doing 98 sets a week. That's a lot. Cut that down 1/3 and you'll be in the ballpark for a workout lasting 45 min's or less

ur volume is very high....tryy going a lot lower volume but much more intensity...it works

You do less than what you're doing... Cut 1-2 sets off of each exercise and bump up the intensity a little.

Too much shoulder and forearm work IMO, some forearm work I would be fine with as I do work them also BUT excessive sets is asking for RMI.
If you are working out to long then shorten your rest periods.

my rest intervals are abou 2-3 minutes for lifts like bench, deadlifts, and squats. 1 minute for others. so basicallyi i'm doing too many sets per excersise. and i guess i need too cut out one of the shoulder excersies, but the standing rows and shrugs aren't fot shoulders, their for traps. At least thats what i think they are for. so how many sets per excercise?

Lower your volume. 3x sets.
My work out is 30-40 min. However, my split is 5x week. 1 group per day plus abs. 40 sec rest intervals.
