I'm having trouble keeping my caloric intake up every day, I have a tiny budget and a practically empty house, plus I drink on weekends and end up only having beer and bread for almost 18 hours at a time.
So to my point, I was wondering how well those calorie bulking powders actually work. I don't know them by name, but 3 scoops = 1500 calories or something liek that. Is it even close to as beneficial as natural calories? I was considering having 1 -2 shakes of those daily.

On an even more serious note, you are in high school and DO NOT YET have the right to drink anyway. Like he said, save it for food and nothing more.

Serious weight lifting + drinking = nothing good.
Get your priorities straight. Pick one: party or eating right/excercise.

I had begun typing a serious response to this thread when it had first been posted, but after reviewing the thread starter's previous posts, I don't think we can take him too seriously. If you are trying to keep your calories up, don't do it with bread and beer.. this is pretty common sense. Beer is loaded with empty calories, and why booze and fill up on bread? Do you not want to get drunk? The question in itself does not make any sense.

Get a job to pay for your food. It all depends on your level of determination; If you want it that badly enough, you'll find a way to get quality calories.
Like everyone has said, YOU have a choice to make.
