personally i would recommend you sticking to creatine (creapure), glutamine & protein. EAS makes a product called Bentagen that a lot of people recommend. you could also look in Tribulus as well.

Follow the directions on the bottle. People are getting pretty good results with this, and another product called 1-Test by VPX. Let us know how you do!
