Thought this could be an interesting thread. I'm hoping that we can all find some extra snacks/meals to add to our day to day diets for a little variety.

I also like chocolate protein powder and natty p/b mixed together.

If it fits in your diet, cottage cheese mixed w/ jam is good.

Gee, I can't think of anything else...I must eat the same thing every day

I like 1/2 cup of cottage cheese plus 1 packet of splenda plus the fruit of the day. I like bananas or grapes. Mix it up and it is so good (especially when you stick it in the freezer for a few minutes!)

A quick healthy snack (drink) recipe I know of is Egg Nog.
Beat one egg
add 1 cup milk
1 tsp vanila escence
1 tsp sugar
and and 2 tbsp of milk powder.
Easy to drink and contains about 20 to 23 grams protein

I mix garlic, green onions (or yellow if I am out) and some Mrs. Dash into cottage cheese then use it for a veggie dip. Makes it easier to get all those vegetables in and keeps the carbs low.
