Thinking about starting my first cycle

I'm thinking about starting a cycle, it'd be my first so I wanted to know what you guys thought. I've done all the research and I'm comfortable with the risks involved. After doing a ton of reading and contemplating I came up with what looks like a good cycle for what I want.... Test-E 400mg/week, Winstrol Depot 50mg/every other day, Nolvadex 10mg/day. So how does this sound to every one? Any advice would be welcome.

just run the test, no need to fuck up your HDL levels for months with winstrol. winstrol is not the "great" steroid that people make it out to be, and it has no effect on fat loss

What about the Nolva? I've read that some of you guys say to use 10mg/day, is the 50mg/EOD to much?

My recomendation for a first cycle:
Cycle
week 1-8 test 500mg a week ( 250mg 2X a week)
week 1-10 nol 10mg if needed.....
PCT
start 12 to 14 days after last steroid shot.
40mg nol first 3 weeks
20mg nol 4th week

Running the Nolvadex on-cycle is just used if you experience any estrogen-related side effects. At 500mg of test a week, you should be fine. That being said, you still need to have the Nolva on hand, just in case. My first cycle was 500mg/week of Sust, and it went very well. I wouldn't suggest Sust, though. Go with a single ester...TestE as you have said you want to run. I jump started my cycle with dbol, but that would be entirely up to you. If you do go for an oral jumpstart, it would probably be in your best interests to run oral Turinabol(Tbol) instead.

Thanks for all the help guys. Since I'm new to this I dont know where to get any gear from, so I too will be going down to Mexico, some time in late November or early December. Any ideas on the best way to travel back and forth across the boarder, to Rosarito? If it's as bad as every one says it is I'm not going to drive my new lifted Jeep. Also, my Spanish isn't that good, I know just enough to get myself in trouble. Should I brush up on it before I go?

$500 should be way more than enough for a couple of test cycles, that is if you just run test.

Man you have a lot to learn before you even think about gear. How's your math? If 2 days at 10mg equals 20, the how the hell did you come up with 50.

Sorry, I messed up. You can totally disregard that whole last part. I don't know where I got those numbers from. Anyways, the top portion is what I had planed, but after getting some advice I'm dropping the Winstrol. So now the plan is an eight week cycle of Test-E 400mg/week and Nolva 10mg/EOD.

But yeah, you're right, my math does suck. I'm a military mechanic, I turn wrenches, not crunch numbers.

Numbers make head hurt.... AAARRRRR smash and make better.

Ok now we are on the same page. Run the Test (AND TEST ONLY) at 500mg a week. Split it up in two doses. Sun and Wed or Mon and Thurs. 250 mgs on ea of those days. Use 10mg's of nolva thru your whole cycle. This should prevent any gyno.

So what about PCT? I read that I should use HCG and Clomid to get my testes back in working order. What do you think? I came to the conclusion that HCG once every 5 days and then Clomid for the next two weeks would do a world of good. What's your take on this?

Generally, you do not want to use HCG during PCT, because the point of PCT is to restore your natural test production and get your HPTA going again. While HCG does mimic LH signaling your testis to produce testosterone, it is suppressive to your hypothalamus and pituitary gland, which is counter-productive for PCT. I have only used nolva for PCT so I can't comment on clomid, but im sure someone will help you out.

On another note. I checked out your photos and you're looking damn good. I have a problem with a fatty lower back also. I was running three miles a night for about a month strait and nothing happened. I got thinner every where else except there.

Yeah, I was thinking that using the HCG during the last week and a half of my Test cycle would take care of that. That way when I stoped using the Test I would also stop using the HCG and start on Clomid. Or should I just stick with the Nolva?

It seems that the more I read the more I think I need more gear.

2 10ml vial of Test 250 will give you enough for 10 weeks. That's all you need. Read DG806 sticky on PCT and use the Clomid if you can get your hands on it.
