(CLICK HERE here to view the original thread with full colors/images)

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

What exercises could I do to get a 6 pack in a month (not a week) Or is it possible? If not could I get it in 2 months? It's easy to get arms and I've got good arms already... I'm just wondering what should I do?

Posted by: MuscleM4n

you can't really direct your training to get abs.

Getting abs is 90% diet and patience Chris.

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

True, but there has to be like do 70 set ups a day or something..

Posted by: kenwood

70 situps won't do crap its all diets, lifting, and cardio..whats ur bf%?..how old are you?...do you have a diet?..do you lift? ..do you do cardio?.........What you really need is what MuscleM4n said "PATIENCE!"

Posted by: MuscleM4n

no nothing like that

90% diet to SEE abs.

training them just makes them look better when you SEE them.

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

Ok, I'm 103 pounds and like rib cage skinny... ehh anyway to get the abs out?

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

Ummm I dont know body fat but I' 13 adn 103 pounds I lift 25 pound 2hand curl bars and I dont know what cardio is..

Posted by: MuscleM4n

put on weight and stop worrying about abs for now.

You are young don't worry.

just go on a big bulk but don't get fat. Then cut for a bit and you might see some improvement.

Sounds like it's a genetic thing?

Dude if your not fat then just do sit ups everyday. Damn people make things seem so difficult. If u have low bodyfat then you dont have to work your ass off to get a 6 pack.I stopped doing sit ups years ago and I still have my 6 pack.

you need to increase the size of your abdominal muscles by using weighted exercises

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

And I have no diet except I try to keep it low carb..

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

What do you mean by weighted? I have a curl bar..

Posted by: MuscleM4n

why low carb?

you weigh 103lbs. Go high carbs, high protein and keep your fats in check (healthy fats that is)

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

High carb? :$ I dont want to eat like high carb stuff.. it's kept my weight down with low carb.

Posted by: kenwood

ok if your real skinny you don't need cardio just eat alot in carbs, protein and fats and if you have like a 25lb plate or something like that put it across your chest and do situps/crunches thats what weighted means

Posted by: MuscleM4n

i good way to do sit-ups is to lie down and hold a plate with both hands arms stretched out straight above your head and rep out like that.

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

ok I'll try that, would sugar soda help?

Posted by: MuscleM4n

no sugar soda is not a magic formula.

concentrate on pasta, potatoes, rice, etc for your carb sources.
Bread wouldn't hurt you too.

Posted by: kenwood

not really i wouldn't think soo

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

Ok, I just ate:

Jones Berry Lemonade soda
Bacon cheese burger
And baked chips

Do I need to eat better or is that good?

yeah thats definately gonna give you abs

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

Is that a joke? Or am I doing something right

Posted by: Stu

you need to start doing weighted ab exersise and stop eating junk food

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

so that's junk?

Posted by: MuscleM4n

pasta/rice/potatoes with chicken/beef/fish with a glass of water/milk. Chuck some veg in some meals <---- that's what you should be eating

remember eat 6+ medium meals a day. Throw in some cheat meals now and then at 103lbs really won't matter.

It's all about staying anabolic and being consistent.

Doing situps isn't going to make you lean, and crunches are better for the abdominal wall anyway. I used to do 127 situps in 90 seconds, 70 situps isn't shit. I have also done over 1000 consecutively for days on end, that wont get you ripped either.

Posted by: Mudge

How tall are you? I outweighed you by 50 pounds at your age and I was not big.

Posted by: Rocco32

It might just be me, but I think Imwithstupid926 is playing with everyone. Or at least I REALLY hope he is playing....

Posted by: Mudge

It seems a little odd that someone who is 13 years old has never heard of "cardio." Although I suppose its possible that television really does rot kids' brains.

I'm about 5.3'

Posted by: MuscleM4n

You are very light even for your height.

I am 5'4' and 132lbs and i consider myself skinny.

But you have nothing to worry about you are only 13 the size will come and puberty will hit soon enough .

When i was your age i wouldn't be surprised if i was under 100lbs.

Posted by: kenwood

yeah true, do you have any pics you can post?....damn everytime i try to post some pics it says the file is too large, how can i make it smaller?

Posted by: MuscleM4n

right click your picture > go edit > image > sketch/skew and reduce the size which will reduce the file size.

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

Lol, I'm going to gain mass, I will do anything for it.

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

I'll get pics soon I only have a 2pack really I do.

Posted by: TJ Cline

I believe he was referring to the typical assimilation of knowledge that occurs soon after joining the forum that apparently you seemed to have skipped.

Posted by: MuscleM4n

I explained it to you what to eat already Chris:

pasta/rice/potatoes with chicken/beef/fish with a glass of water/milk. Chuck some veg in some meals <---- that's what you should be eating

remember eat 6+ medium meals a day. Throw in some cheat meals now and then at 103lbs really won't matter.

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

Ok, I'm going to stop asking questions.

Posted by: MuscleM4n

nono it's always good to ask questions mate. Only way people learn.

Posted by: Imwithstupid926

One thing that I've seen improved last month no pack this month 2 pack and tighter stomach, and 10 pounds on me

Posted by: KentDog

If you get liposuction today, I'm sure it'll be healed within a month. Although I think you may have to set up multiple appointments before the actual procedure, which may take a week or so, depending on where you go and how busy they are.

Seriously, someone should make a thread and sticky it explaining the only way to get a six pack is to cut weight (by cleaning up your diet, diet in calorie deficit, and working out: cardio and weights) and that spot reduction is not possible.
