Should I get a fat burner?

I was just wondering if they work or if their effective. Im 200lbs and I never do cardio however I am starting to get a little belly. What do you think?

It won't do it all for you. You can use a thermogenic and still need to do cardio.

Plus you need to eat clean....

Why not start doing cardio and after you reach a sticking point, then consider using a fat burner? You really don't need a fat burner to cut weight.

I eat clean as hell. My ENTIRE diet consists of the following...

Oatmeal
Whole Wheat Spaghetti
Whole Wheat PBJ
Bananas
Wheaties w/ skim milk
Protein shakes
Chicken
Eggs (This is my only fatty food outside of the peanuttbutter)

I average around 4,000 calories a day. Should I add anything else to my diet?

PS: Will cardio work if I only run 15 minutes at a pace of around 5 mph?

Drop the Whole Wheat bread and pasta, replace it with sweet potato's and brown rice.....also drop your calories down by 500.......see how you react to 3500 cal a day......fat tummy= too much food.

Are you trying to gain weight or cut? Or are you attempting to keep fat gains to a minimum when bulking? I'd say you should stop bulking at a point and spend some time cutting if it is really bothering you. Or drop calories slightly if you feel you are gaining fat too quickly. Low intensity cardio (15 min at 15mph) is a good idea in my opinion, but you may want to just consider setting aside 6-12 weeks for a cut depending on how much fat you have.

Whats the difference between whole wheat pasta and brown rice?

PS: Im trying to get to 210lbs this winter while trying to build solid strength as well. Once I hit 210 I want to cut as much as possible while staying near the 210 mark for next summer.

Thanks for your help guys. I appreciate any advice you can give.

Exactly: 4k calories sounds like a lot for a cut.. especially if you do no cardio.

Can anyone post their "perfect" meal? I just want to see how much of everything their getting. Heres mine...

1 Cup Oatmeal w/ milk - 350 calories.

3 strips of clean chicken - 250 calories.

1 Protein Shake - 200 calories.

1 Banana - 100 calories

Thats 800 calories with about 60 grams of protein.
