Just only eat a tiny bit over maintenance. If you eat 5% or so beyond maintenance calories then fat gains should be minimal. Do some light/moderate cardio 2-3 days per week even while you bulk to add some additional insurance against excessive fat gains.

so i've dropped all the fat but also ALL the muscle (and some..) that i put on from that cycle which really sucks! but for some reason i feel a lot more comfortable because i'm lean and i have my abs back
