Well I recently started lifting seriously about 6 months ago so I'm relatively new to it. Anyways, I want to basically just get bigger, more muscular, etc.

Heres what I've been taking so far.

Lots and lots of Protein
Multi-vitamin
Amino Acids
and L-glutamine

Can you guys that have been doing this for a while and really know your stuff recommend if I should be taking anything else or not be taking some of the things I've listed? Legal supplements only please

fish oil

I agree, fish oils would be good... Creatine as well, and you don't necessarily need 'lots and lots of protein', but rather adequate protein for your bodybuilding and lifestyle needs. Excess protein is stored as fat.

Question about creatine.

Right now I weigh 220 and want to get down to about 205. Will the creatine make it harder for me to lose that weight? Don't get me wrong I'd rather be bulky than lean, but I definitely don't want to have a gut. I took creatine a few years ago only for about a week and I remember feeling really bloated.

Also, as far as the cycling goes. I've heard to stay on creatine for a month then go off for a week. when is a good time to start back up? After that week off?

Thanks in advance guys.

Take Creatine Ethyl Ester. Creatine won't interfere with weight loss. The first goal you stated was to gain muscle. Now you say you won't to lose fat. Which is it?

Either way, Fish oil is the only staple missing from your supplement list.

I want to get big, but lose some fat and my gut in the process.

Is there a difference between Creatine Ethyl Ester and Creatine Monohydrate?

i just started taking CE2 (creatine ethyl ester) yesterday and i have not felt bloating at all. I think im gonna start taking NO2 again to go along with it.

Taken from bodybuilding.com...

"And unlike the monohydrates. Mri CE2 rapidly gets absorbed by all your body's creatine-dependent cells, not just your muscle cells. It does not rely on insulin or insulin mimickers for uptake. CE2 contains absolutely zero sugars and no carbohydrates.. It never makes you "puffy" looking (no water retention). It gives you almost instant regeneration of ATP. It comes in a convenient caplet form. It does not "down-regulate" your creatine transporters. What is it? In one word, CE2. MRI's revolutionary all new creatine ethyl ester HCL. It's unlike any creatine you could ever think of!"
