Question on Milk thistle

I ran to the herb store and picked up
Red yeast rice (600mg) w/CoQ10 (30mg),It also has milk thistle(210mg).This is mg for 2 pills.
So, can I use this for a liver cleanser or do I need more mg of Milk thistle? I will be taking 2 pills to 4 pills of these a day.
