Is it worth throwing in this supp regularly as a preventative for joint issues? or is it used as a solution/cure mostly?

Rob, answer my freaking PM.

I like glucosamine chondroitin, I got one at costco that has some "hypervulic acid" or some crazy crap. In any case, I like it.

Thanks guys.

Is there a particular form that is more absorbable/benificial that is recommended?

glucosamine hydrochloride, chondroitin sulfate. Costco's brand makes a cheap one, It lasts awhile as well.

I buy the nature made brand at costco(link posted). I havent ever looked at the kirkland brand. I prefer the triple strength, that way its a once a day supplementation.

I got Schiff's Move Free Glucosamine Chondroitin with Hylarunic Acid (apparantly oral administration increases joint lubrication), 25 bucks for 2 months worth, more than worth it in my book. I got the Schiff because I wasnt paying this time. The Kirkland brand is great, its a real steal.
