Here's the deal... I use to take Phosphagen HP, on my last bulk. Which is pretty much just creatine mono with dextrose. I don't know if that's what got me blotted or just the tons of carbs I took in. But I was blotted like crazy. The HP worked great, and my strength and size gains were incredible for just "creatine". Anyways I was wondering if I should stick to the same thing, or try some of this new stuff out. I've done numerous and numerous amounts of searchs about CEE (creatine ethyl ester) and I was wondering if I should give it a try? Does it really not cause any blotting? Anyone take CEE that has taken Phoshagen HP, how did it compare? Can anyone stear me in the right direction? I want something that's gonna help my strength and size gains and feel like I've been in a coma to all these new supplements out. I remember just Creatine Mono when I was shopping for stuff last time, now I see Cell Mass, CEX, CrE2, Bulk CEE, Thunder, etc I'm not really worried about the cost if its gonna be effective, but I want to find something that I can take with my bulk for both placebo effect and physical effect Cliff Notes: Should I stick with Phosphagen, or is there better stuff out now? |
