Only meal I feel hungry after...

This is my meal I have 1 hour after my Post Workout Shake...



1 cup long grain brown rice
6 oz chicken breast
1/2 tbsp olive oil
sometimes broccoli, or asparagus

I figure its around 440 calories, and im starving less then 2 hours later...

Whats the deal? During the day I have smaller meals and I feel fine. And this meal is 1 hour after my 480 calorie post workout shake.

I seem to get the same feeling after I get done working out. After I eat something, I just keep feeling hungry (at least sometimes). Sometimes drinking water makes me hungry too.

I'm not sure about your problem though.

Are you getting enough fat and fiber in your diet?

First - How much is in your PWO shake? Make sure it is enough.
Second - Add more vegetables, not just 'sometimes'.
Third - Ask yourself if this meal is an appropriate size for you.. if not, add more.


It could just be then you need more food after your workout.. So you might just want to eat a little more!!
