1 cup long grain brown rice 6 oz chicken breast 1/2 tbsp olive oil sometimes broccoli, or asparagus I figure its around 440 calories, and im starving less then 2 hours later... Whats the deal? During the day I have smaller meals and I feel fine. And this meal is 1 hour after my 480 calorie post workout shake. |
