Over the last couple months, I have been trying my hardest to cut my intake of sugars. I havent had a soda in like 2 years (a sip here and there maybe) and I dont eat anymore chocolate/candy bars/candy. Its not easy to not eat ANY sugar a day. Especially cause I drink milk, eat bread, etc, etc.
So I was wondering, how many grams of sugar do you guys roughly get per day? From milk, candy, soda, etc...not including fruits (unless you want)
I guess I rougly get maybe 10-20 grams on certain days. Mostly from toast, milk, and kashi golean, and the occasional (healthy) yogurt.

Probably 60 from milk alone. Around 100-120 total I would guess.

from milk, candy and soda I get nothing since i don't eat them. The only milk product I eat is 2% cottage cheese and feta with my eggs.
If you mean how much simple sugars do I get per day it is pretty much none and I don't eat sweets. I eat a diet that is mod-high in carbs though but most of that is coming from whole grain or sprouted breads, oats, sweetpotatos, brown or wild rice and fruit.

The only sugar I eat is in real food naturally..

It depends on whether or not I am eating fruit, but those are natural sugars not added. At the moment, I am keeping added sugars under 20g day, and most of it is from cottage cheese. I recently cut out milk to get rid of sugars, but I've found it hard to get rid of cottage cheese as it is a good casein source.
