Actually Im in week 7 right now and tapering down..... I lost 1.5 inches in my waist and put 1 inch on my chest, 3/8 on upper arms... Not huge gains but pretty dam good considering I cut about 10-12lbs of fat and got bigger.......Love T-3 And Im old..............38 at 23 you should be able to do wonders with T-3 added to your cycle |
