Help with metabolic diet

I recently tried it and failed miserably why you ask? I am mentally strong enough to get through the transfer phase. I just couldn't handle what seemed like 80 percent of my diet being a never ending supply of more meet than i could stomach(and I love meat!!). What are good high fat food that could help me
