could someone explain to me why if my BF% is higher there will be great aromatisation to estrogen from a test cycle? compared to if my BF% was low.

Because adipose tissue is the primary site of aromatization and fat cells are stored in adipose tissue, and fat cells produce the aromatase enzyme which converts testosterone to estrogen.
