The real issue here isn't what kind of cardio you do. Either form is going to be risky for your LBM if you jog in a catabolic state, like you are in first thing in the AM. Do whichever kind of cardio floats your boat.

iight but lets forget the am part and say im not in a catabolic state. What i am worried is thatr if i go jogging for say 30 minute am i goin to burn up the muscle in my legs and lose lean body muscle instead of burnin the fat.
