Could someone give me a smoothie which is healthy, not fattening and will do me good in the mornings?

Anything can be 'fattening' if you eat enough of it (well... water may be the exception).
Also, different people have different perceptions on 'healthy' and, depending on their goals, will want different things from a smoothie.
But what about the typical BB thing:
fruit (eg: banana or blueberries or some of both)
dairy (eg: ff/sf natural yoghurt or skim milk)
Scoop of whey or protein powder (chocolate! )
PB or walnut butter (or almond butter)
Thinly ground oats
You could also just do:
dairy
fruit
whey/protein powder
and then have some oats and flaxseeds on the side.

1 cup yogurt(lowfat) 1-2 cup mixed berries 1 cup OJ a banana some ice and you got your self about 500 hundred callories of non fat goodness. If you want through some protien powder or your favorite supliment to super charge it.
