Replacement for squats and dead lift

I can not do either of these excersizes becuase of a back condition I have. What other excersizes can I do to replace these two. My workout for tommorow is going to be
Squats...3 x 4-6
- Leg press...3 x 4-6
- Single leg extension...2 x 4-6
- Lying leg curl...3 x 4-6
- Stiff dead lift...2-3 x 4-6
- Standing Calf Raise…2 x 4-6
- Leg Press for Calves…2 x 4-6
Except for the squats and dead lift.
I figured I could do the leg press instead of the squats?
I know that squats are one of the best excersizes to do, but I simply can not do them. Any help is appreciated.

Squats with dumbbells, that shouldnt hurt your back if u use a lighter weight, lean back onto a exercise ball against a wall to support ur back
Leg press
Leg extensions
Calf raises
That should do it

Thanks, I had not thought of lunges. Tommorow I'll do the same routine minus squats and deadlift, and replace them with lunges and the leg press
