It seems my front delts are very large compared to my side and rear delts. In my routine I do bench presses, incline bench presses, dips, and db shoulder presses. Would any of my shoulder development suffer if I remove the shoulder presses for a while and just concentrate on side laterals, upright rows, rear laterals and face pulls as my core shoulder work? Will this method help to even out my shoulder development in the long term?
thanks

I would simply keep the load the same on your pressing movements until your posterior delts catch up. If nothing else, keep the load constant on your overhead and incline presses. Simultaneously reduce the volume on these movements slightly. Basically, I'm suggesting you do a maintenance routine for your pushing exercises, or at least the ones that place the most stress on your anterior delts.
Don't do upright rows in an effort to balance your anterior and posterior delts. Those stimulate the anterior delts quite well. However, besides that, you should definitely shift your shoulder work in the direction of your rear delts with the other exercises you mentioned.
