The only things this product gave me was a thinner wallet and a case of the shits.

I doubt you will find a better price. If you want to find more info on sesamin, research sesathin at this board and avantlabs.com. Same thing, just in pill form.

It worked great for me, well worth the price.

I agree with this and would suggest anyone looking for a good muscle sparring, non-stimulatory fatloss product to look at Sesamin or our Melting Point as a very valid option. In addition, since both are non stimulatory, they can be combined with other cutting products like E+C.

Just my .02. I think Sesathin (Avant Labs) is an excellent product. I took it early last year when it was still new along with a thermogenic product and loved the results. I think it really helps in decreasing the fat around the abdomen and torso, at least it did for me. I also found out after using it for about 6 weeks, it decreased my total lipid cholesterol level.

Now, I just need to order more.....

Sesamin is good stuff for a lot of people. For me it is very decent.

Can I stack Sesamin/MP? And if so, a what dosage of each. I weigh 240 @ 17%bf. It's time to lean out

If stacking, it is best to use the recommended dose of MP (6 caps) and dose sesamin once daily with your pre-bed meal. As MP builds up in the cell wall and exerts it's effects over a more long term basis and sesamin is a lignan (therefore shorter acting) I have found this scheme to be most ideal in preventing sides while also giving full benefits.
