yes I would as long as there were no negative consequences. my three:

1. immune system is key
2. intellegence (I don't think this is in the realm of science though....genetic eng. is more physical characteristics
3. a nice 10in cock with a solid circumfrence

Genetic engineering could/would certainly be able to increase intelligence.
