Hey guys i curently take extra vitm e for recovery and i am almost out of it and i am debating on buying another bottle. I was curious how many of u guys take extra vitm e and a daily bases for recovery? And the same with aimno acid pills i have one serving left in my bottle and i was wondering are they really worth it? Thnks for your time!

Whats the difference between taking a single vitamin supplement and a multivitamin?

no i take both. i take the multivitamin once a day and the extra vitm. e three times a day.
