My soccer season has just ended and that was my only form of workout. In school I take strenght and conditioning, we stretch and do a small workout. It is enough for a minor change in my body but I don't think it will take me much further unless I start to get really serious. I weigh about 160 5'7". I've never had much of a diet -I've been living off chocolate milk / pop / water. And I only get lunch at school and dinner at home with snack (junk) food in between. This is what I really need to fix. I do not really know what I need to be looking for to get started which is why I am sending you this lol. Also i was wondering if you have read the book Burn the fat Feed the Muscle and would recommend it as much as this website seems to." Thanks in advance |
