I've got a huge metablolism. I've been tall and slim all my live. It's partly due to genes (I have a brother that is 6'9"), partly my diet. I've changed the diet, I'm getting at least 8 meals a day now. We'll see what happens.

Tough: I'm 24, I stated that in the first post, and you actually quoted me on it. I also stated that I had my diet in order, and have gained weight - naturally. Read what someone posts up before you interject your opinion. Also, this website has a spell check option built into it, learn how to use it. You obviously aren't very educated, as well. |

What's funny is I ate crap like that all the time and took weight gainer shakes and creatine...but because I'm so active it still took time to put on weight and I absolutely couldn't get fat. After my first cycle of test with the same eating habits...bam I have a gut and a fat ass...completely changed my body composition.
