Maximum Pump

I was just curious as to whether the amount of creatine in 6 capsules of maximum pump, I think it is 3.5 grams is enough for your daily creatine intake? I have been reading up on Met rx Amped, Xience Nox cg3 and Maximum pump and Max pumps seems like the better deal.

Yes, 3.5 grams is plenty, the absorption rate is much better with TriCreatine Malate compared to creatine monohydrate.
