do you take supplements all week mon.-sun.? or just mon.-fri.? or on lifting days? for example if you have this:

Serving Size: 3 Tablets
Servings Per Container: 60
would that be enough for 4weeks?

Take a multi vitamin/mineral every day....and find a good whey protein powder.....use both every day!
