Ok physiology experts, what happened to me?

Monday evening I was sitting at 220, Tuesday at 215, and Wednesday at 210, this afternoon 210. I did my normal push day + HIIT on Tuesday evening, and my normal pull day +HIIT on Wednesday evening. I rarely ever do cardio on my lifting days but this week it was do that or skip the cardio all together. I'm not so concerned about the weight, I realize there are many many things this could be. I am concerned about how I look, I look "deflated" and much smaller, is this just a glycogen function or something like that? How can I avoid it? (anything other then the obvious, don't lift back to back days while doing HIIT after) How can I fix it? I look pathetic compared to just a couple days ago, is it just a good carb load tonight?

Are you coming off a cycle by any chance? Did you have any alcoholic beverages recently?

no and no

I did yack from my Tuesday evening HIIT, I left that one out. Don't know if that counts for anything.

have you been eating many carbs in your diet?

good work.

that is all.

My diet has been consistent for the past 4 weeks. Am I on the right track with the carbs/glycogen?

If I am I'll load up a little tonight and make sure on my HIIT days to reload afterwards.

I hope this is the case, man what a difference!

How do we know if you are on the right track with carbs? How much are you eating? or not eating?

I do try...

I'm on around 5500 cals a day and try to keep it around 500-550 g's of carbs. I eat 6-7 meals a day. I add a 7th if I'm up past 11, meal 6 is around 9.

I usually come home, eat dinner (meal 5), lift, eat meal 6 and possibly meal 7 later. Although last night I lifted directly after work skipping meal 5 due to some time constraints (I know, I know, bad boy). So now that I think about it I really went from meal 4 @ 3:30 ish to about 8:30 meal 5...I'm glad you asked the question, I think I answered it myself. Now, how do I fix it? Am I wasting my time doing legs tonight?

One workout I dropped 9lbs......all I did was run 5 miles then go to the pool to get a tan.....weighed myself that night and freaked out....gained 5lbs back by the next day....just water...no big deal

like I said above, I'm not really freaked out about the weight. I just look small all the sudden.

My weight fluctuates as much as 10 lbs a day so that's no biggy. I was a wrassler, my record was losing 14 lbs in 3 hours to make weight...what a dumbass, just had to binge.

14 lbs in 3 hours????? omfg....how did u manage that man? no eating, throwing up and LOTS OF CARDIO????

well I was ballooned up from the week before, I wrestled in the 160 lbs weight class in a tournament to go head to head with the state champ. I then had to cut to 145 by Tuesday only 2 days after the tournament final. The last day of the tourney I was in the 165 range. It was the ballooning that let me strip the weight off...not to say it wasn't a bitch and a half. You'd be amazed what you can do with a treadmill and a plastic suit.

Not sure about the plastic suit but let me tell you what I do with my rubber doll. I blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah blah, blah. The end

Nice!

It sounds to me like a mental thing. Sometimes I feel I look of decent size, and sometimes I feel I like really small. Although water retention is going to alter your appearance somewhat, everyone thinks they look small sometimes I believe.
