If I am I'll load up a little tonight and make sure on my HIIT days to reload afterwards. I hope this is the case, man what a difference! |

well I was ballooned up from the week before, I wrestled in the 160 lbs weight class in a tournament to go head to head with the state champ. I then had to cut to 145 by Tuesday only 2 days after the tournament final. The last day of the tourney I was in the 165 range. It was the ballooning that let me strip the weight off...not to say it wasn't a bitch and a half. You'd be amazed what you can do with a treadmill and a plastic suit.
