Lately I have been doing them in my shoulder lifts..... but I have read in a lot of posts that people do them in their back workouts..... One of the main reasons why I do them with my shoulder lifts is because of upright rows.... I feel a bit of the movement in my traps.... Both days are days apart in my workout, and would not affect any other body part day if I changed them really.... in fact if I moved them they would be on the same day as deadlifts... Should I move them?!!?! thanks |
