Ideal Statistics

Hi, I registered last year but have not used the site in ages. I am training 3-4 times a week - with protein supplements - and currently have the following statistics but was just curious as to what should be my ideal stats given my body type/build etc and would like to get these in proportion. Think my stats aren't too bad right now but can definitely improve in some areas!

Age: 32
Build: Medium/Ectomorph
Height: 6'
Weight: 182lbs
BF: 15.8%

Wrist: 6.75" (included this to give an indication of natural frame size)
Neck: 16.5"
Chest: 41.5" normal, 43" expanded (I think!)
Waist: 33.75"
Forearms: 12.5" normal/flexed (13" pumped)
Biceps: 14.75" Left /15.25" Right flexed (15.25"/15.75" pumped)
Thighs: 24.25"
Calves: 15.25"/15.5"

Am monitoring progress each month but have a rough plan by next Summer (July/August-time) to get chest up to 43", waist down to 33", forearms up to 13" flexed, biceps up to around 16" flexed and both calves up to 16". Also, want BF down to about 13% - less might be unrealistic given my drinking levels!

Good luck with your goals. Do some serious research, train smart, and eat smart. You should stop by our diet section and do some reading. Recompositioning your body is largely about diet.

That sucks. My waist is 34 inches in that picture you see in my gallery, and I'm guessing I'm 10% body fat or less. I just naturally have a big midsection. My core has always been pretty sturdy though, so I guess it's not such a bad thing.

I agree as everyone is built differently. I could probably weigh 180 lbs and never see a waist smaller then 35". Fuck at 184 lbs it was around 35" back in high school. Maybe to much beer and unless I'm on gear, I don't go without my issue.

at 198 I had a 29.5 inch waist..
Its just genetics....not like I worked for it.

Cheers guys!

Got my work cut out there with the new stats but those seem pretty good. Will definitely check out diet as don't think I get in enough protein - prob 170g roughly a day, guess should be upping this to over 200
